Great place and location. But small. Did not camp or fish. Limited hiking distances but beautiful views.
Very rich in history.
I love all of god's creatures, especially mosquitoes and biting flies. That's what makes this park so great. Beautiful spot for kayaking or just enjoying swarms of insects on a majestic shoreline.
I took the dogs for a nice Sunday Morning walk. They loved it. They have a pet section and this place was very clean.
Went camping here with my husband and son last weekend. I was pleasantly surprised. They have nice little campsites with fire pits and places to set up a tent. They have nice, clean bathroom facilities, and there is a great little dog beach close to the campgrounds. Really enjoyed our stay here. They also apparently have cabins as well, but we didn't utilize these, so not sure how these are.
